Juvenile Law and Dependency

If a child has been abused, abandoned or neglected, we are here to help.  This includes representing parties who have cases where the Department of Children and Families (“DCF”) is involved, or, if DCF has declined to get involved we are here to facilitate the next steps for protecting the child.  Possible solutions may be filing private petitions for shelter and dependency, termination of parental rights, or injunctions. We also are here to help you advocate for your child’s medical and educational needs. If you believe your child has been wrongfully removed and that this removal is causing harm to them, we are here to help in that situation as well.
