JUVENILE LAW and DEPENDENCY
If a child has been abused, abandoned or neglected, we are here to help. This includes representing parties who have cases where the Department of Children and Families (“DCF”) is involved, or, if DCF has declined to get involved we are here to facilitate the next steps for protecting the child. Possible solutions may be filing private petitions for shelter and dependency, termination of parental rights, or injunctions.
We also are here to help you advocate for you child’s medical and educational needs.
If you feel your child has been wrongfully removed, and that removal is harming the child, that is another area we are here to help with.
DOMESTIC AND sexual violence
If you have been the victim of sexual or domestic violence, we are here to help. Your privacy and safety are our priority. Whether your need an injunction (restraining order), accommodations at school or work, or monetary damages, our attorneys can assist you with the next steps. We believe victims.

If you are involved in a family law matter, regarding your child and custody, we can help. We represent children’s best interest in family law matters. We will investigate and interview those involved and make recommendations to the court.

CHILDREN’s RIGHTS
If your child(ren) was removed from your care by DCF, and you feel that your child has endured neglect, physical, emotional, or sexual abuse while in the care of the state or a state approved agency, we want to help you and your family. We advocate and demand that all children have been treated with care once they have been removed from parents. When this does not happen, we will fight to ensure that your child’s story is heard.
